I am being told that I am "Not Authorized to Watch Live TV"

If you receive an error that states you are  "The Time Warner Cable account linked to this Fan TV is not authorized to play Live TV or On Demand.  Error AUTH-05."   Most likely the cable package that you are subscribed to does not meet the minimum requirements.

If you believe that you do have the correct package and should be authorized, please login to TWC's Streaming TV site to see if you are able to view your selected channels there.
