Why am I not able to see live TV?

If you are having trouble viewing Live TV, the first thing you want to do is make sure that your Fan TV device is hooked up to an internet connection inside your residence.  TWC requires you to be at the location of your cable and internet subscription in order to watch live tv through he internet.  

The second thing you want to do is make sure you have the correct TWC Subscription Package.  The Standard Cable Package is required.   If you have this package and are still having problems, please login to TWC's Streaming TV site to see if you are able to view your selected channels there.   To login, please go to:  https://video2.timewarnercable.com/

If you recently upgraded your cable subscription, you may need to power cycle your Fan TV device to bring down all the latest account information from TWC.  To do this, simply unplug your Fan TV device from the wall, wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in.
