L-01 Error Message

Some of our users may be seeing this error messages when they turn on their  TV.

"Whoops!  This Fan TV is not currently connected to a Live TV service provider.
Go to Settings >> Account >> and disconnect your Fan TV account.  Follow the simple onscreen instructions to reconnect.  Error Code: L-01"

If you are receiving this error message, following the instructions given will get you back up and running. You can also use the alternative method of logging into your account from the Fan TV website.   By going to http://www.fan.tv/connected and logging back into your TWC account, you will re-authenticate your account and get back to watching TV.
